Electrician Job [QBCore] - Wire-Connect Minigame & Personal Outages
A QBCore electrician job with a custom holographic wire-connecting minigame, personal per-player power outages, automatic uniform, and real darkness effects at active outages.
Search real dumpster props found around your map for junk you can sell. A clean, dark NUI minigame reveals the result: loot, nothing, or a random junk event - a rat jumping out, a swarm of bugs, or a mousetrap that costs you HP. Every outcome is rolled and applied server-side only. A modified client can never fake a result, skip the cooldown, or claim loot without a genuinely approved search - the reveal step is tied to a single-use, server-issued token, not just trusted on request. Each dumpster tracks its own cooldown by position, so the same bin can't be farmed back to back. Loot odds, event odds, sell prices, cooldown, and minigame difficulty are all configurable in one file. Sell everything you've collected at once with /selltrash. Requires QBCore. Does not work with ESX or other frameworks.
Built and tested for QBCore (qb-core) only — will not work with ESX, vRP, or standalone setups without modification. Uses ox_target for interactions (and its own ox_lib dependency) — not compatible out of the box with qb-target without a small edit. Requires an inventory resource providing Player.Functions.AddItem/RemoveItem/GetItemByName (qb-inventory does this out of the box). Dumpster models are the standard base-game GTA V props — works on any map that uses them without extra setup.
Step-by-step installation instructions are included in the downloaded files — check the instructions folder (or README) after downloading.

A metal detecting activity for QBCore — use a detector item anywhere outdoors, scratch away the dirt to reveal what you found, and sell your treasure.
